With nearly 300 wineries, it's often best to focus on one area of Paso per day. Below we've grouped our favorite wineries by area. Topping our list are Justin, Halter Ranch, Austin Hope, DAOU, Epoch, Benom, and Law.

Denner and Brecon's wines are fantastic. Opolo is a great place to stop for lunch and boasts a large outdoor patio. Recs: Willow Creek, Denner, Opolo, Brecon, Hammer Sky, Thatcher, Dilecta, Paix Sur Terre.
Law (reservation only) delivers incredible wines & tasting experiences. Stop by Calcareous for amazing views and a bite. Recs: Law, Torrin, Calcareous, Clos Solene, L'Aventure.

While the most widely distributed wineries in Paso Robles, still expect to find something you've never had before. Sculpterra is a local favorite. Recs: Robert Hall, Eberle, Tobin James, J Lohr, Sculpterra.
An industrial makers market featuring over 33 vendors. Get food at Six Test Kitchen or McPhee's Canteen. Recs: Benom, Field Recordings, Desparada, BarrelHouse Brewing, Union Sacre, Monochrome.
Austin Hope has fantastic wines in an intimate setting. Stop by Tooth & Nail to see a replica castle or Venteux for a kid friendly experience. Recs: J Dusi, Austin Hope, Tooth & Nail, Turley, Venteux, Epoch, Niner.
