Uber service is incredibly limited. It is recommended that you book either drive yourself or hire a car service:
Drive Yourself – Enjoy the freedom of exploring by car with a designated driver.
Car Rental: Enterprise Rent-A-Car (reserve ahead due to limited supply).
Car Service: Grand Cru, Lush, Obsidian, Crown, Elegant, Elite, SLO Safe Ride
Designated driver: Car services like Lush will drive your car for ~$50/hr (5 hr minimum), saving on cost over a full car service.
Airports


Paso Robles is approximately equidistant from San Francisco and Los Angeles, but there are also several local airports that serve the area.
Paso Robles Municipal Airport (PRB) - 15-minute drive; suitable for private flights.
San Luis Obispo Regional (SBP) - 40-minute drive and the nearest airport with commercial flights.
Santa Barbara (SBA) - 2-hour drive, offering more flight options.
San Jose (SJC) - 2.5 hours away, a viable alternative that avoids Bay Area traffic.
San Francisco (SFO) - 3 boring, but easy hours down 101.
Los Angeles (LAX) – 3.5 hours. Similarly a straight trip up 101 or 5.
